• View, download or print your medical information
• Send secure messages to your doctor any time of day
• Share your medical information with other doctors and family members (requires a secure email account)
Important Information
Even though you may be able to communicate with our offices through the Patient Portal, communications are not real-time, please allow 1-3 business days for reply to your secure message.
The Patient Portal does not provide any medical services, including but not limited to emergency or urgent medical services.
PLEASE CALL 911 OR YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING HEALTH CHANGES THAT ARE WORRISOME TO YOU.
The contents of any of your communications using the Patient Portal may be stored in your permanent medical records.
Please note: The Patient Portal does not include all of your permanent medical record information. If you would like a copy of your complete medical record please contact our office directly.
